2012 is going to be an amazing year with our riders hoping for Olympic success.... so why not take advantage of the same high quality coaching, support and planning that our national level riders receive? PLUS, the training is subsidised by both Elms and DCUK – affordable, top class training! Times: 10am arrival and finish around 2.30pm Please bring a packed lunch – hot drinks are available. Day boxes for your horse are also available at £10 each but must be booked when you reserve your place.

What’s Included

The Rough Guide to...

 With horses settled in day boxes or on trailers/lorries, we’ll start the day in the warmth and cover all unaffiliated and affiliated opportunities for you – from Intro upwards
You’ll get a folder with comprehensive guidance as to how to get to both local level and national finals – you’ll be amazed at how easily achievable it actually is

Coaching Plan

 After looking at what’s achievable, we turn the attention on you. Julie will help you create a month by month plan, centred around realistic and affordable choices, to help you create your very own personalised plan.
You’ll get a folder with a list of the majority of local dates (for other stuff too, not just dressage, as remember, this is your plan and you can put whatever you fancy in there)

2 Ridden Sessions

First session followed by a break and then your second session. You can choose to do one of each or repeat a session – play it by ear...do whats best for you Two choices:
Test Riding or Coaching
Test Riding is.... warm up first, ride any intro,prelim or novice test (20x40), then debrief with Julie on key areas and then re-ride the test, but this time with helpful hints as you ride through it.
Coaching is......warm up first, then its challenge Julie time lol! Pick ANY issue that you’d like to tackle or sort out and we’ll work our magic and help you begin resolving it.
Individual times will be issued 2 days before the workshop 

These bespoke workshops are devised to guarantee personal coaching, therefore places are limited to 4 per course; you’ll feel friendship and support from everyone and be amazed at how much you can really achieve, the only qualify criteria is a good sense of humour! Demand is high so please book early to avoid disappointment. The cost for the 4 hour workshop and course materials is only £35 (10% discount to DCUK clients).
